Cancellation & Refund Policies

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Below are our general cancellation policies. Please note, different policies might apply to your booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for further details.
• Standard Cancellation policy applies only for the reservations made with “Free Cancellation” option and does not apply for “Non Refundable” bookings.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: 

• If cancelled before 5 days of arrival no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled less than 5 days before arrival, or in case of a no-show, 100% of booking value will be charged.
• If you are a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS DURING THE STAY

• In case you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date, you will be charged for the entire stay for which the reservation was originally made for.

REFUND POLICY

• Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days
• Credit card transaction or processing fee if any will be deducted from the refund.
• Refund will be processed in local currency only.
